Role Overview
OTR drivers safely transport freight across state lines, completing pickups and deliveries on schedule. Responsibilities include pre-trip and post-trip inspections, trip planning, hours-of-service compliance, and clear communication with dispatch.

Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Verifiable OTR driving experience (minimum experience set by hiring company)
Clean driving record and the ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
Working knowledge of ELD and hours-of-service regulations
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with dispatch
Willingness to travel for extended periods
Additional endorsements, certifications, and qualifications may be required
About the Company
A logistics company based in Tacoma, Washington, is hiring experienced truck drivers to haul refrigerated freight.
Drive a new or low-mileage, fully equipped Freightliner. Our own maintenance facility handles truck service and repairs, so you can focus on driving.
Drivers may live in any state, though the West Coast may be more convenient. Driver work is an independent contractor (1099). This is an over-the-road position with trips typically lasting 2–3 weeks. Your earnings depend on the miles you drive (Medium pay ~$106,000 per year).
Pay starts at $0.70 per mile, with bonuses of up to $0.08 per mile for safety and fuel efficiency. Regular payments are made weekly or after each trip, as arranged. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available.
